Can’t find your Smart Safe Lock?

  • Remove and re-insert the 9V battery
  • Wait 30 seconds then press Menu/OK on the entrypad
  • At “My Menu”, press Menu/OK
  • Enter your code, press Menu/OK
  • Tap Arrow Down once to “Pair Phone”, press Menu/OK
  • The device LED screen should indicate it is ready to pair. Tap Pair Phone, below to try again.
